RUST GUARD

Utah water is extremely hard and I'd basically given up on keeping silverware looking nice. This product has made a real difference. Not perfect — still occasionally see a tiny spot after a very long hot cycle — but 95% improvement is still a huge win. Will keep using it.

Michigan water varies a lot by area but we're in a hard water zone and this has been a good solution. No rust in two months. Solid product. Packaging was simple and it shipped fast.

The idea is smart — use chemistry to protect your silverware instead of harsh cleaning agents. Dallas water is hard and this works. My only note is the product description online could do a better job explaining the science. Once you understand why it works, you trust it more.

Clean and simple solution. Has been in my dishwasher for about 6 weeks and I haven't seen a single new rust spot. Atlanta water isn't the hardest but it was still giving us problems. This handles it. Would like to see a subscription option for automatic replacement.

Good product that does what it claims. We have very hard well water in rural Indiana and rust on silverware was a constant issue. This solved it. Minus one star because delivery took a bit longer than expected but the product quality is solid.

Minnesota water is very hard and this product handles it well. My only feedback is I wish the instructions were a bit clearer about placement in the dishwasher. Once I figured out the right spot (cutlery basket) it worked perfectly.

I was pretty skeptical but after a month in Chicago I can see a real difference. Silverware is coming out cleaner. The product itself turns dark gray/black over time which was concerning at first — but apparently that's normal and means it's working. Would have been nice if that was explained on the packaging.

Simple to use and effective. Our Ohio tap water is hard and this has made a noticeable difference. One thing — the product looks a bit worn after a couple months and it can be hard to tell when to replace it. A simple indicator would be helpful. Otherwise great.

Does what it says for a fair price. Tucson water is very hard and this handles it well. My one minor complaint is that it looks a bit odd sitting in the cutlery basket but it's such a small thing. Results are good and that's all that matters.
